I require full payment before I begin working on your commission. If for some reason I am unable to finish your commission (although very unlikely and has never happened before), I will of course give you a full refund. However, if I finish your commission and you ask for a refund because you don't like it rather than asking for specific changes, I will not refund since you should have already seen/heard my previous works to know the quality of my work.

Don't have unrealistic expectations. If you're recording with a laptop mic or headphones, there's only so much I can do about the sound quality. Same goes for if I'm editing low-quality images. I will try my best, but please note that there's only so much I can do to improve & enhance a source that is low quality.

I require at least 2 weeks to work on your commission. I have a busy life myself, as well as many projects I'm already working on. If you want something done in a shorter time period than that, we can discuss if I have enough free time at the moment and I will ask for a slightly higher price.

Credit me. If you upload the commission, make sure you credit me for what I did and link back to my Twitter (@Robyn_Ardery). For images, credit me somewhere on your channel/account/in a public post/etc.

Do not re-distribute my harmony or adlib guides. You do not have permission to give my harmony or adlib guides to anyone else who did not pay for them. (An exception is if you commission guides for a collaboration, in which case make sure all members know not to spread the guides outside of that single collab)
